The Staff Club of Bethune College organized a farewell programme on 8th February 2023 at the Centenary Hall of the college, on the occasion of the superannuation of four faculty members and the Head Clerk.The College celebrated the professional careers of Prof. Anasuya Guha, Professor, PG Department of English, Prof. Pratap Chandra Ray, Professor, PG Department of Mathematics, Dr. Debalina Banerjee, Associate Professor, PG Department of English, Dr. Ashok Kumar Das, Associate Professor, PG Department of Botany and Sri Atanu Mukherjee, Head Clerk of the Office through this felicitation programme. Since Dr. Debalina Banerjee could not be present on that day, her commemorative plaque and gifts were sent to her home and she was felicitated there. A brief cultural programme was organized where present and former teachers of the college shared their memories and experiences.

The Farewell Committee of the college organised a Farewell for Prof. (Dr) Krishna Roy on August 31, 2022.
2021
The Farewell Committee of the College organized the formal farewell of Sri Sanjib Dhar, Upper Division Clerk and Smt. Arati Das, Arts Library staff member on 2nd August 2021 in the Centenary Hall of the College.
